Where are you from? Gillette, Wyoming

What are your personal interests and hobbies? I love cooking and baking, everything from fast and efficient meal prep to fancy dishes. I also like to crochet and do Pilates.

What are your professional interests? POCUS, toxicology, rural/underserved medicine.

Why did you choose our program? Everyone was so welcoming during my interview, and I’m excited to get longitudinal exposure in a variety of different practice settings, including pediatric emergency medicine. 

What is your favorite activity in Tucson or what attracted you to Tucson besides the residency program? I’m new to Tucson, but I’m excited for warm winters and amazing food.

What are your nonmedical goals during residency? I’m going to practice mindfulness and being present in the moment with loved ones.
