Florencia Franco, BSN, FNP
Flor is committed to delivering specialized renal care. She focuses on patient education, ensuring they understand and can manage complex conditions through open communication and involving patients in their care plans.
She completed her clinical practicum at Desert Senita Community Health Center, Arizona City, a Federally Qualified Health Center in rural Arizona, and a Banner Health Clinic in Queen Creek, Arizona, serving medically underserved populations. She holds American Heart Association certifications in Basic Life Support, Advanced Cardiac Life Support and Pediatric Advanced Life Support. Fluent in both English and Spanish, she is prepared to serve the community.
When not in the clinic, Flor enjoys exploring new places with her husband and two children, attending community events, traveling, and anything to do with the ocean.
