What are your personal interests/hobbies? Language learning, hiking, krav maga and mediocre attempts at DIY home renovations.

What are your professional interests? Wilderness and international medicine.

Why did you choose UA EM? I got really good vibes on interview day, even through Zoom!

Favorite activity in Tucson, or what attracted you to Tucson besides the residency program? I’ve lived in the mid-south my entire life, so moving to the desert will be a big change and I’m excited just to be in a new environment.

What are your non-medical goals during residency? I would love to finally grow a vegetable garden that stays alive long enough to produce food.
