As you start with the below opportunities, please keep the Graduate College Office of Fellowships in mind for writing help and workshops. They also have resources for finding additional funding opportunities.
If you want to get started applying to these external opportunities, please contact preaward@arizona.edu with the award name and deadline so they can assist you. Please note that for external awards, proposals need to go through Sponsored Projects, so your final documents to be submitted by the university is often due 3-4 business days before the grant due date.

NEW – Internal Graduate Fellowships, Spring 2024
The University of Arizona College of Medicine – Tucson is excited to announce four new fellowships available to COM-T graduate students that will be offered to trainees this spring.
The eligibility requirements and application process are the same for all four funding opportunities:
- The COM-T Graduate Service Fellowship
- The COM-T Graduate Peer Mentoring Fellowship
- The COM-T Graduate Research Fellowship
- The COM-T Graduate Teaching Fellowship
