She completed medical school at the College of Osteopathic Medicine of the Pacific at Western University of Health Sciences. Choosing to continue her education at the University of Arizona in Psychiatry was an easy decision because of the diversity of training opportunities and the chance to work with the supportive team of residents, faculty, and staff. Among her many professional interests, she looks forward to learning more about Psychotherapy, Dual Diagnosis, and Cultural Psychiatry. Her hobbies include spending time with her dogs, reading about celebrity gossip, collecting rocks, and exploring the outdoors.
