For four years, students at the University of Arizona College of Medicine – Tucson have worked toward Match Day, the culmination of a complex year-long process that matches the nation’s graduating medical students with residency programs. Members of the Class of 2024, in coordination with graduating medical students across the country, will receive official Match Day letters indicating where they will complete their residency training.

Schedule

7:30 a.m.
Gates to the event open. Entry includes a catered hot breakfast and complimentary coffee drinks by Al Gusto Coffee.

8:25 a.m.
Dean’s welcome to families

8:45 a.m.
Class of 2024 photo in front of Old Main

8:55 a.m.
Students pick up their match envelopes

9 a.m.
Students open their envelopes

9:30 a.m.
Students announce their match location to the crowd 

11:30 a.m.

Parking

Parking is available for $8 per car Tyndall Garage, located on Tyndall Avenue just south of University Boulevard. Disabled drop-off will be allowed on University Boulevard at the flagpole just west of Old Main.
